Leadership

“. . .If leaders drive change, then collaboration powers change. It is only when people collaborate —really effectively collaborate — that they come to the best outcomes, and the best answers. And in the end, while I think it’s vitally important how people build their capabilities. . .what will distinguish your life and your leadership, as you go forward, is less your capability and more your collaboration skills and your character, and what you choose to do.”

Opinion on this? http://collive.com/show_news.rtx?id=2713

Seriously, how many of the same song have we heard before? Why does this guy write an entire song naming everything he doesn't like about America? Why not, in the chassidic tradition, stress the positive, i.e., what he feels religion has to offer? I'm so sick of people complaining how the whole world is morally corrupt and only they and their secret elixir called religion can help ...

I understand what you are saying, that to knock American ideals and values is wrong, but we have come pretty superficial and that bothered him. I see no wrong in lamenting that fact.
